How Do I Place An Order?

To place an order, please fill out the Quote Form. Once your form is received, We will contact you to discuss your needs.

Payment and Shipping

Production of custom designed products will begin after payment is received. Domestic shipping is available to all THE cre8tive SIDE clients. If you require shipping, please let THE cre8tive SIDE know so that shipping fees can be included in your quote.

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

All payments are securely processed through Intuit QuickBooks or PayPal.

Returns & Refunds

At THE cre8tive SIDE, we pride ourselves on quality work that is uniquely designed to meet client expectations. The majority of our services and products are custom; therefore, we are unable to offer refunds unless your product arrives damaged or defective. In the event that your item is damaged or defective, THE cre8tive SIDE will replace it for the same item. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for gift wrap services.
